What is Kickboxing?
Kickboxing is a hybrid martial art that combines elements of traditional boxing with powerful kicks derived from Taekwon-Do and Muay Thai. boxing It originated in the 1950s to 1970s, primarily in Japan and the United States, as a competitive sport that merged striking techniques from Eastern and Western fighting styles. Modern kickboxing emphasises speed, agility, and striking precision, and is used for physical conditioning, stress relief, and competitive fighting across amateur and professional levels worldwide.
